You're doing great, and keep going with the alternatives
I liked the cleaned and neat room for a reasonable price, and the free transportation from hotel to Haram
The parking cost of 30 riyal per day is not fair since there are enough slots in the basement of same building, so for that no need the additional charge as parking charge, also the drop off to Haram is too far, due to that we got tired and with children it's very difficult to walk to that distance.

- shuttle bus near to Haram 1 time in an hour sometime 2 times - clean - safety room -massage couch - shops - good elevator
-strangers not from hotel in the shuttle bus taking away the place of paying guests - toilette floor often flooded with water - you have to leave a little bit more than an hour with shuttle bus to reach prayers - shuttle bus could drive more often - taxis blocking the entry of the hotel - you hear the noise of the neighbours and of the traffic in your apartment - you need earplugs to sleep good - no service taking out your garbage
